linux系统启动网络服务出现以下两个错误的情况：
1、Bringing up interface eth0: Device eth0 does not seem to be present, delaying initialization.
2、Bring up interface etho:Error :No suitable device found:no device found for connection ‘System etho’基本都是70-persistent-net.rules文件和ifcfg-eth0文件里的mac地址（ATTR）或网端名称（NAME）不一致。
解决方法：
1、删除rm –rf /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
2、重启系统 reboot
3、打开 /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules，记录mac地址（ATTR）和网端名称（NAME）
4、打开/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0，修改DEVICE和HWADDR，将其与70-persistent-net.rules的mac记录和网端名称保持一致。
